My name is Tes (: I have a BA in Psychology and Philosophy followed by a BAHons in Psychology. I have certificates in Forensics and Profiling. My focus areas include loss and grief, crisis management, abuse of all varieties, trauma and your general mental wellbeing. I know how difficult and complicated life can be. I think we’ve all struggled but it’s not necessary to have it consume the rest of your existence. Having someone to chat to and help along your journey is super beneficial and I’m really eager to hear your stories and work with you! Counselling may not be easy. It’s not straightforward.
